Where is my package?
After placing your order, it usually takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process your order and 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery. If this time frame is exceeded and your package has not arrived, please contact our customer service team.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there. Please note that there may be a delay before the tracking link becomes active.
How can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number you received via email. Simply enter this tracking number on our "Track Your Order" page to check the status of your delivery.
I am not satisfied with my package.
