Label London Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Label London! Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, we have established the following policies to ensure a smooth return and refund experience. These terms apply exclusively to the UK.

Returns: Can I return my order?
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them.

A. 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must contain all associated parts, components, and the packaging must be intact as it was delivered.
  • The product has been handled normally, and damages due to improper handling are excluded.
  • Products that are hygiene-sensitive must have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • The product was identified as defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.

B. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@label-london.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (in case of damage)
  • First and last name of the customer
  • Customer's address

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior approval.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. This will allow us to quickly assess the issue and provide a solution, whether it's a replacement, a refund, or an exchange.

D. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items as well as incorrect sizes. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@label-london.com with your order details. Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on the location.

E. Administration Fee
A handling fee of 10 GBP will be charged for each returned item and will be deducted from the refund.

F. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. A return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

G. Discounts and Refunds
Refunds for unused discounts at the time of purchase are not possible. Discounts must be applied during the checkout process, as no adjustments can be made afterward. Please check before completing your purchase to ensure that all available discounts have been applied.

H. Shipping and Delivery Times
Our goods are shipped from Asia, which may result in longer delivery times, which we have no control over. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. However, you may inform us of your cancellation in advance.

I. Return Procedure
To ensure a quick return process, we kindly ask you to provide us with a shipping confirmation.
You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT EXCLUSIVELY AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA.
